Established in
1995, 10Deep/Tenth Division NYC is one of the original New York City
street wear brands. “We use the location in our description of our
line because anyone who has spent time in the downtown area of NYC,
know that it is a place where all cultural and social distinctions
melt away. 10 Deep is intelligent, progressive street wear - it is
as much Rock & Roll, as it is Hip Hop”. 10 Deep is a
genre-crossing clothing line that is representative of the mood and
cultural mixing of downtown New York.
Founder and
designer, Scott Sasso helped start Akademiks and has worked with
Mecca in his early days. It was Sasso’s experience with the success
of both brands that inspired him to push and grow 10 Deep as one of
the elites in street fashion. Constantly reinventing themselves with
each season, the iconic ‘brass knuckle’ logo that 10 Deep is known
for continues to symbolize the entrepreneur taking things into their
own hands.
