Delivery Policy


Orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours of order confirmation. The Triple Threat does not assume responsibility for any delayed orders due to consumer error or courier delays. Once an order is shipped, The Triple Threat is no longer in control and any problems that arise thereafter are assumed between the courier and the consumer.

Lost & Damaged Items
The Triple Threat is not liable for any orders lost or damaged during transit. All problems concerning delivery will be addressed to the respective courier company. It is recommended, but not mandatory, to always choose a trackable delivery option when making your shipping selection to avoid such problems.

Shipping Information
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of placement to ensure our consumers receive them in a timely manner.  To ensure secure delivery, all items are sent with a tracking number.  Additional services such as Signature Confirmation, Express Service and Insurance are available at special request.

Once your checkout is complete, 2 emails are sent to you:  1) immediately after your pay, confirming payment and availability of item and 2) Confirmation of shipment, which includes your tracking number.

All orders are shipped and processed through Canada Post.  Our dynamic shipping module generates accurate quotes based on the items purchased and the location of delivery.  Rates and services are available upon checkout and at the discretion of the consumer.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
