Refunds and Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges will
not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA’s can be
obtained by contacting our Returns Department at returns@thetriplethreat.ca.
Customers have 7 days upon
receipt of the merchandise to initiate a return to receive a refund. Any returns
initiated after 7 days will only be eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
Additional shipping costs are assumed by the consumer for exchanged items.
Returns will not be processed after 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in
their original condition and packaging (tags, stickers, boxes etc...). Boxed
items such as footwear and electronics must be double-boxed to maintain their
original packaging. Any condition other than new will be declined and The Triple
Threat is not responsible for their return. Only upon successful inspection from
our Returns Department will a refund, exchange or in-store credit be
issued.
Final sale items are not
eligible for refunds - only exchange or in-store credit.
Shipping and Handling
costs are non-refundable*. Customers returning items assume all costs and are
urged to obtain a tracking number to be given to our Returns Department. The
Triple Threat does not take responsibility for any lost and non-trackable
items.
*Despite our best efforts,
mistakes may happen. In an event that you receive the wrong product, The Triple
Threat will remedy this error by sending you the correct product immediately. A
prepaid shipping slip will also be included to cover the costs of returning the
wrong product back to us.
